Jocelyn Bergen
Jocelyn has designed, produced and maintained many web sites from simple and tiny to complex and large. She received her BA in Fine Art and English from the University of California at Berkeley, and worked in several graphic design studios before joining the Type Group at Adobe Systems, editing and producing digital fonts.
In the mid-90s, she became the second member of Adobe’s Web Team to help design and implement Adobe’s very first corporate web site, eventually coordinating a large group of local and international team members producing web templates and processes, and weekly changing content.
Since Adobe, Jocelyn managed public and private web sites for Octavo Corporation, a publisher of rare materials in digital formats, where she helped design and implement systems to view the digitally preserved books and their accompanying metadata.
Since Octavo, Jocelyn has managed and produced web and online projects for a variety of companies and organizations through work for HyperArts Web Development (www.hyperarts.com), and Formium (www.formium.com)
When not designing and producing websites, Jocelyn creates book art under the imprint Zephyrine Press, and sings in a choir and an a cappella chamber chorus.
